Hi,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I was just clicking around when I came across this board. I was diagnosed with a dvt in my left leg while I was 8 months pregnant. I spent the night in the hospital then went for regular INR tests and put on warafin then coumadin. I was on medication for 8 months then after nothing...the doctor never gave me any info and never followed up with any tests. It has now been 1 1/2 years and I recently had another ultrasound after having more than usual calf swelling and pain. It showed I still have the clot. It never changed from the first ultrasound. It makes me nervous should I be on medication to help dissolve it again?? should I avoid training with weights, biking, running, am I at risk for PE?? Also does anyone out here still go for massages? I read it's ok if you have clearance from doctor to fly then you can be massaged?but my doctor never gave me any restricitons in the first place? Please help if anyone can relate to my situation Thanks
